About Me

Specialties:

Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, Families

CBT, DBT, Family Therapy, Parenting Support

I bring over 15 years of experience working with youth and families across a wide range of settings, including school-based programs, community wraparound services, intensive outpatient programs, and crisis residential treatment centers. Over the years, I’ve provided individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents, young adults, and families, as well as clinical supervision and mentorship to graduate students and early-career therapists. I also serve as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Francisco, where I teach and support graduate students training to become therapists.

I strongly believe that it truly “takes a village” to support children and adolescents. I am committed to supporting you and your village in whatever ways you need me to - including but not limited to collaboration with school staff, other mental health or medical providers, and trusted adults or extended family members. Healing and growth happen most powerfully when everyone in a young person’s life is working together.

When working with young adults, I focus on helping you navigate this exciting and sometimes overwhelming period of transition. Adulthood brings new opportunities, responsibilities, and questions about identity, purpose, and relationships. My goal is to help you clarify your values, build confidence, and create a path that feels both authentic and sustainable.

My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative, always centered on helping individuals and families amplify their natural strengths and resilience. I value humor and connection, and I believe that even in life’s most difficult moments, there is room for growth and laughter. You are the expert on your own life (and your child’s), and I’m honored to be part of your support team.
